Qualifications and Skills
Experience working with Corrective Action/Preventive Action, and thinking outside the box in order to ensure Product Development deliverables are created and other aspects of the QMS are defined and executed per the project’s Quality Plan
4+ years Software Quality Engineering or relevant experience
Experience in FDA regulated environment, software as a medical device preferred
Experience with Design Controls and Risk Management for Medical Devices
Working knowledge of applicable standards and regulations, including 21CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, 14971, FDA’s General Principles of Software Validation, IEC 62304
Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle
Knowledge of custom software code development V&V
Ability to read, interpret, and implement regulatory documents, procedures, and reports
Previous experience developing QMS procedures, Quality Plans, Risk Assessments, CAPA
Experience working in a professional software development environment: formal QA, best practices for schedules, processes, defect identification and resolution, version control, build management

The Engineering team
The Moneyhub engineering team works together to deliver a full open finance platform consisting of web & mobile apps, APIs and data services. This role is in our Core feature team, working with front end and API developers to implement new app features and improve existing ones.
What you’ll do
This is definitely a role biased towards the back end - we’re looking for people that are very comfortable developing Node services within a Microservices architecture, but you do need at least an appreciation of front end development and frameworks like React.
As well as Node and React, you can expect to grow and gain a huge amount of experience in Microservices, MongoDB, AWS, GraphQL, OpenBanking, Elastic stack & API development. We’re looking for candidates who are willing to learn (rather than being experts in these areas), but it’s great if you already have experience with a few things on our list, especially those in your preferred area of the development stack.
You’ll thrive using agile methods and enjoy working openly, collaboratively and as part of a fast paced multidisciplinary team producing high quality code.
As a member of our technical team you’ll:

Design, create and maintain Node microservices underpinning our D2C and whitelabel app features

About the Role
Reporting into our Customer Success department, you will be responsible for helping our enterprise customers install, optimize, and use our commercial enterprise product offerings. There is a high focus on installation and infrastructure based issues. Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure provisioning: Scaling, monitoring, reliability, automation, security, CI/CD pipelines
- Working side by side with our developers to understand the inner-workings of the apps and promote scalability and reliability of the system
- Maintaining high availability through fault tolerance, system standardization, and vigilant disaster recovery planning
- Creating and maintaining systems documentation
