Web Manager

The Web Manager is a new role in SOCi’s Marketing Operations team, where you will be able to bring in your passion and experience to make an immediate impact. The ideal candidate is ready to bring in their expertise with website development, optimization, conversion, and analytics and demonstrate their leadership.

What You'll Do:

• Take over full Wordpress site ownership from external agencies, while leveraging their development resources as needed on a project basis.
• Optimize site performance, and design and implement A/B tests to improve site conversion.
• Team with our SEO experts and content marketers to implement changes that will improve SEO performance.
• Develop new site pages for product launches, working collaboratively with the content marketing and product marketing teams.
• Partner with campaign managers at every level - from ideation, wireframe, testing, execution, and reporting - to launch marketing campaign web projects.
• Develop standard operational processes for campaign managers to add content and publish new pages using existing templates and do QA testing.
• Lead the content and conversation flows for web chatbot.
• Troubleshoot website issues.
• Ensure website compliance with all laws and regulations.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting, strategy, and budget recommendations.

Application Security Engineer

As an Application Security Engineer you will have ownership of the security of the platform on both the application and the infrastructure level. This includes identifying and attending to risks and vulnerabilities discovered as well as coordinating with our InfoSec team on policies and audits. Furthermore, you will work closely with the Senior Director of Technology as well as the DevOps team to ensure that our clients’ data as well as our platform is operating securely according to the latest security standards.

As a member of an Empowered Product Team, you will be:

• Accountable for maintaining the security standards according to the requirements of our platform, our company, and our clients.

• Maintaining the security of the Cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and applications
• Working with our InfoSec team on security policies, documenting security certifications as well as working with external auditors
• Identifying current and emerging technology issues such as trends, vulnerabilities and threats
• Proactively analysing security strategies, maintaining best practices and identifying weaknesses
• Implementing new security solutions as well as improving on the existing ones on both infrastructure and application level

Requirements

General requirements

• 10+ years experience in security engineering and developing complex software systems
• Ability to effectively communicate with non-technical personnel as well as skillset to provide cost-effective security solutions
• A burning enthusiasm for the latest security news and developments, updates and solutions

Cloud Security

• Experience with Kubernetes cluster hardening, penetration testing, vulnerability management and patching tools and other DevSecOps related areas
• Expertize over various products around key areas such as information security, virus protection and firewalls, especially in a cloud environment
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CCSK, GISP and CISM are a bonus, as well as Cloud provider security certifications such as AWS Certified Security Specialist, AWS Solutions Architect Associate / Professional, SysOps and/or DevOps as well as Google Cloud Platform Professional Cloud Security Engineer.

Application Security

Director of Product Management

Our product team drives the product vision and is responsible for the value and viability of our solutions. Through deep discovery and collaboration with our customers, we identify the right problems to solve and leverage design and engineering to deliver differentiated solutions that delight our customers.

As the Director of Product Management, you will collaborate with the VP of Product to identify the problems that we must address from a product perspective in order to deliver on the product strategy set by the VP of Product and executive leadership. Sr. Software Engineer / Product Innovation

• As a member of an Empowered Product Team, you'll be accountable for deeply understanding the customer's problem, actively contributing to ideating on the solutions and measuring your impact through the results on our customers, not code written. There are no "specs" or top-down management here.
• A team consists of 2 other engineers, a UX designer and a product manager. You'll be "mob programming" with the other engineers, in real-time over Zoom throughout the day, while ad-hoc collaborating with the product manager and UX designer as needed.

Our product teams are composed of a product manager, designer and mob (several engineers + tech lead) to be best equipped to solve difficult customer problems in ways that work for the business.

As a product manager within this team, you’ll be accountable for valuable and viable solutions, and will collaborate with design and engineering to ensure their usability and feasibility. This job, as with the other roles on the product team, is an individual contributor role.  You will need to be able to influence your teammates, as well as colleagues, stakeholders, and key executives, through your use of data and logic.

Necessary Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery.
• 1 year working on technology-powered products as either a product manager, product designer, engineer, data analyst, data scientist, or user researcher, support or customer success role
• Demonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of business – engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing.
