We are hiring engineers to help create insightful, usable, and beautiful interfaces for the businesses that are built on top of Facet.
As a member of the Engineering team, you will get to build across all aspects of our interactive exploratory analytics product ranging from the end user interactions to query time performance updates.

Deliver key features and products to our customers aimed at increasing their love and usage of the product
Be actively involved in the direction of the product
Use modern technologies and leverage the best tools available
Work with a close-knit team that has deep experience with technology, product design, and entrepreneurship
Build services, APIs, tools, and libraries for any aspect of the stack
Help design, develop, and ship the front-end components of our core product
Be a generalist who can work with any piece of the technological stack but is also knowledgeable enough to be an expert in all areas of the product.
Prior to Facet, you have:
5+ years of experience as Software Engineer or Full Stack Engineer, ideally Enterprise SaaS company in the infrastructure, analytics and/or data space.
The ability to think through customer requirements to determine high-impact solutions to their problems
Passion for performance, user experience, and data accessibility
An entrepreneurial spirit and thrives when moving quickly on green-field products
Experience building UIs with modern tools like Typescript, React, GraphQL, and Webpack
Ideally, experience building data visualization, dashboarding, or exploratory analytics products
Knowledgeable working with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and cloud data warehouses (BigQuery and Snowflake)

We are hiring a Product Designer (UX/UI) to help craft interfaces that our customers will use to analyze, understand, and make decisions from their vast real-time data sets.

At Facet, you will:
- Serve as a resource for Sales to answer client technical questions during the pre-sales and post sales processes
- Work with Product/Eng in various stages of the product release cycle, from requirements gathering to release and UAT
- Identify solutions for the customer to ensure their success within the Facet/CDW ecosystem
- Advise and assist with integrations with other ma systems and data management platforms including platforms like Segment
- Propose product enhancements and features to meet client needs
- Provide general technical expertise about the entire digital ad ecosystem
- Perform technical presentations to clients
- Translate client requests into business and functional requirements
- Play key role in the launch of core and future products and features
Prior to Facet, you have:
- 2+ years experience in a technical service environment. Ad tech experience not required but preferred
- Strong client-facing communication skills; ability to explain technical capabilities to CEO’s, Directors and CTO's
- Affinity for problem solving and crafting creative, reusable solutions
- Insightful, innovative and adapts well to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with at least one programming and scripting language such as: JavaScript, SQL, PHP, Python.x
- Experience with 3rd party data providers both from targeting and analytics standpoint. Understanding of client CRM data / marketing technology
- Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional organization and prioritization skills
- Effective cross-department communication
- Familiarity with the modern data analytics stack and are comfortable with SQL, dbt, Looker, Tableau, BigQuery, Snowflake, etc
