Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Systems Operation Engineer with a passion for technology and ability to provide excellent customer service, to join our operations team. You will be part of a team responsible for building, running and supporting our cloud infrastructure that supports our Teneo Platform. You are part of a wider group of system engineers, support engineers and devops engineers - delivering world-class technical and application support to our dynamic and growing customer base.
This is a full-time position based in Stockholm or Barcelona, with a requirement to be part of a 24 x 7 on call rota, providing reactive support to critical failures within our customer production environments.
Wondering what you will be doing? Here it goes!
- Day to day operation of a cloud (Azure, Kubernetes) based platform,
- Proactively monitor and maintain environments ensuring optimal uptime,
- Provid technical customer support on platform related questions /issues, to internal and external customers,
- Troubleshoot any incidents which may arise,
- Participate in any other projects within the wider team around (including load and scalability testing, security testing, automation, optimization, technical documentation, new technology labs and research).
We are a great match if you have:
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar position,
- Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems including installation, configuration, system administration and troubleshooting,
- Experience with Azure & Kubernetes plus the below technologies:
- Java based systems (jvm, tomcat),
- Bash and/or Python,
- ElasticSearch, Cassandra,
- Flexible open-minded and pragmatic,
- Strong analytical, multitasking and problem-solving skills,
- A desire to ensure excellent customer service at all time.

- Flexibility to occasionally work unusual hours and to travel,
- Previous experience in varied roles within system engineering and tech support areas, with experience of NOC “on-call”,

We are looking for a System Admin who will support during 6 months our Hosting & Support team. The position is preferavbly based in one of our offices in Barcelona or Stockholm.
You will work within a team who are responsible for the 24 x 7 operation of all cloud based customer and partner environments.

- Being part of a team responsible for the day to day operation of a cloud based platform
- Proactively monitoring and maintaining environments ensuring optimal uptime
- Building and Maintaining server environments
- Troubleshooting any incident which may arise
- Providing technical assistance and support to internal and external customers
- Undertaking any planned maintenance activities.
- Acting as primary / secondary support engineer for the 24 x 7, typically one week in every four, on call rota providing reactive support to critical failures within the production environment
We are a great match if you have:
- Quick learner with ideally 1+ years experience in a similar position
- Good working knowledge of Linux operating systems, including installation, configuration, system administration and troubleshooting procedures.
- Working knowledge of IP based networking
- Experience of managing and deploying cloud platforms ideally AWS, but otherwise Azure etc

We are looking for a Freelancer, with excellent Front-end Web Development skills, also curious/interested in languages, NLP & (conversational) AI to work with our international Products & Technology team.
You will be part of an international team focused on creating our next generation Conversational AI platform, following an agile project development methodology and using English as the daily working language.
You’ll need to be an experienced UI Developer, keen to not only design, but solve UX challenges from specification through implementation. You should be comfortable with designing, but also with a full development lifecycle, largely in bringing to life a new web interface to complement the .NET desktop frontend.
UX focus is on intuitively presenting an unfamiliar field to users with a variety of technical background skills.
