DevOps Engineer IT Infrastructure (f/m/x)

YOUR TASKS

  • Full-stack support for complex questions on topics such as Java, microservices or APIs
  • Handling requests from customers, developers, IT consultants and other teams
  • Implementation, support and optimization of DevSecOps measures to secure CI/CD
  • Dynamic provisioning of infrastructure for development and test teams
  • Evaluation of new methods and tools with assessment and implementation of the results, e.g. also new technologies and frameworks from cloud, web, API and development environment
  • Creation of monitoring dashboards and alerts
  • Efficient analysis, resolution and documentation of incidents
  • Performing deployments, content and configuration changes

YOUR PROFILE

  • Experience in developing Java applications and components in agile teams
  • Experience in working with modern tools in an automated software development lifecycle
  • Enjoying learning new principles, methods and technologies
  • Experienced in Integrating new technologies into existing systems and ensuring their quality and scalability
  • Basic knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, CSS, XHTML or AngularJS
  • Know-how about cloud technologies desirable
  • Ideally knowledge of the functions of a DevOps team

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du entwickelst anspruchsvolle Omnichannel E-Commerce-Lösungen für unsere Kunden (überwiegend Konzerne und große mittelständische Unternehmen).
  • Mit Hilfe von performantem Equipment und den aktuellsten Open Source-Frameworks arbeitest Du mit modernen Methoden (z.B. Scrum, TDD) und schaffst in Deinem Entwicklerteam komplexe Web Applikationen in Java.
  • Bei der Erstellung von technischen Konzepten sowie Software- und Systemarchitekturen kommt Dir Deine analytische Stärke zu Gute.

  • Softwareentwicklung ist für Dich mehr als nur ein Job, es ist Deine Berufung.
  • Du lebst und atmest Java, Spring weckt bei Dir mehr als nur Frühlingsgefühle und Microservices suchst Du nicht mit der Lupe.
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Informatikbezug oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
  • Du hast Dich schon im Umfeld von DevOps bewegt und kennst Dich mit entwicklungsnahen Werkzeugen wie Jenkins, Git und SonarQube aus.
  • Du fühlst Dich auch im Umgang mit JavaScript Frameworks wie React, Angular und deren Build- und Testprozessen wohl und kannst damit die Brücke zur Frontend Entwicklung schlagen.
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch und hast Lust Dich in ein internationales Team einzubringen.

Your duties

  • You will develop ambitious omnichannel E-Commerce solutions for our customers (mainly corporations and large medium-sized companies).
  • With the help of high-performance equipment and the latest open source frameworks you will work with modern methods (e.g. Scrum, TDD) and create complex web applications in Java in your development team.
  • Your analytical strength will be of great benefit when creating technical concepts as well as software and system architectures.

Your profile

  • Software development is more than just a job for you, it is your calling.
  • You live and breathe Java, Spring awakens more than just spring fever in you, and you don't look for Microservices with a magnifying glass.
  • You have a degree in computer science or completed a comparable apprenticeship.
  • You've been in contact with DevOps and you are familiar with development related tools like Jenkins, Git and SonarQube.
  • You also feel comfortable with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular and their build and test processes. Therefore, you can build a bridge to front end development.
  • You are fluent in German and English and are interested in joining an international team.
