Technical Account Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for an account manager who takes care of the technical aspects of large client projects. But also helps to configure and administrate our product for internal stakeholders.

YOUR MISSION
- You accompany and are responsible for handling large client or cooperational projects
- You support our customers and the whole team in analyzing and solving complex technical IT issues, in particular issues with: Office Add-Ins, SCIM AD connections, SSO via OAuth or SAML, SCORM-based LMS and Whitelisting of our phishing mails in various solutions
- You support in exchange with stakeholders, collect requirements, prepare change requests for our product development and keep track of deadlines
- You configure our product for the project needs, check if everything works (supported by our QA team) and accompany the go live
- You make sure to get the most out of our product for internal and external stakeholders by offering the right feature set and its configuration
- You accompany our agile teams in technical projects as a technical project manager and thus create transparency about the status and progress and manage the magic triple constraint
- You identify opportunities to upgrade or modify products so that they meet customers’ needs more effectively
- You monitor ongoing projects and intervene should problems arise
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a degree in another related IT field
- You should have excellent technical skills and knowledge, as well as interpersonal skills
- You should be tech-savvy, analytical and well organized
- You have several years of professional experience in a project or account management role
- Excellent troubleshooting skills: Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange (online & on premise), Azure AD, and preferably Google Workspace.
- Excellent technical knowledge of Windows servers, Active Directory, Security, Encryption, firewalls, mail servers, network infrastructure etc.
- You can communicate very well and appreciate the daily interaction with colleagues
- You are fluent in German and English
- You have a startup mentality, so you are ambitious, motivated and like to tackle things hands on
- You are a team player and open-minded for a (currently unfortunately only virtual) after-work drink

Customer Advocacy / Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR MISSION
- As part of the CS team you work in coordination with Marketing and Sales to build a holistic advocacy strategy for our customers
- Your focus is building rapport with customers to increase renewals, referrals, & cross/upsell opportunities
- The creation of a single-point-of-truth that includes all customer advocacy information such as references, case studies, speakers, etc.
- In collaboration with our customers and the Marketing team you are responsible for the creation of success stories and blog posts, organization of webinars, scheduling of interviews and other kinds of events
YOUR PROFILE
- Passion for marketing and interest in IT and SaaS Software
- Experience in working with customers to create meaningful success stories and reference case studies (e.g. having worked in Customer Success or Product Marketing)
- You have an outgoing communicative personality and can work cross functionally, but also independent
- Good project management and copy writing skills
- Highly motivated and prepared to work in a dynamic startup environment characterized by growth and constant change
- Hands-on mentality
- Excellence in both written and spoken German and English
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Hubspot are beneficial
