Responsibilities:

• Design and develop fault tolerant, reliable, scalable and secure production infrastructure.

Team & Role Description:

You will be in charge of creating new features and improving the experience of thousands of Bitso Users by creating new React interfaces for our Wallet, Exchange and Onboarding flows. You will work with product managers, and other business stakeholders to define new ways users can interact with their crypto and fiat money.

This is a role for an active engineer who has the additional responsibility of coordinating with other developers from other teams around him/her and helping React engineers across the company improve their best practices. To succeed you will need to be hands on, have an eye to detail, focusing on building reusable components that can be used to quickly create and scale these interfaces.

You are:

• Experience working in technology product-driven teams.

Team & Role Description:

A QA Engineer at Bitso works closely with the engineering team to ensure our products are performing and that we’re providing the best user experience. In this role, you will automate tests, measure and collect data, and design strategies to create a “quality culture” at Bitso.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting a full product release cycle, including support of deployments to production.
• Maintaining, and performing test automation frameworks on multiple application platforms, such as Mobile, API, Web, and building test scenarios and acceptance tests.
• Update test automation standards and coding test conventions.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• 3+ yrs experience working as a QA Engineer.
• Experience doing manual testing (req analysis, test case creation, defect tracking)

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Payments Team you write and ship code for some of the most critical components of the company.
