What you’ll do:
- Work alongside engineers for sprint related tasks
- Help maintain servers in all environments
- Manage deployment branches
- Build out new development environments
- Performance/Uptime monitoring
What you’ll bring:
- Experience managing AWS infrastructure (EC2, RDS, CodePipeline, S3, SSM)
- Git and deploy management
- Linux server maintenance (Patching, Upgrading)
- Shell scripting ability
Nice to have experience with:
- Managing containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Prometheus and Grafana
- Jira
- Javascript

What you’ll do
Have experience managing multiple projects? Care about risk management? Hate being late? Love software? Awesome! We are looking for a Project Manager to join the Tiled team.
You will work closely with Engineering and Product to help plan and see projects through release. You will be responsible for keeping ticket statuses up-to-date, tracking milestones, velocity, deliverables, and change requests. You’ll communicate with customer service about the status of outstanding support tickets and in some cases, be willing to roll your sleeves up and test a fix. In addition, you will also be responsible for running sprints and retrospectives to improve our process. This is a great opportunity to have a real impact on our small but rapidly growing team.
What you’ll bring:
Effective communication across teams. You’ll be the point of contact for other departments.
Risk Management skills to help preempt possible roadblocks and keep projects on track.
Organization as you’ll be leading planning sessions and organizing resources.
5 years experience as PM. Proven experience implementing and improving processes.
Previous SaaS experience and technical knowledge.
Jira experience as we rely on Jira heavily to manage our processes.
The ability to negotiate solutions when there are competing priorities.
You will be able to keep a pulse on the team and communicate issues as they arise.
A Metrics driven approach to tell a story about the status of the team/project through data.

What we do
Tiled enables non-developers to create interactive, rich content experiences that perform like native apps or fully coded websites. These content experiences, which we call “microapps,” drive engagement. Sales, marketing, customer success, training and recruiting organizations use microapps to drive engagement with their content.

Position
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to join our growing development team. You will spend your days building and executing test plans for our software platform and building out automated test pipelines. In addition to working directly with engineers and product team members to finalize feature requirements you will also have the opportunity to weigh in on the features themselves and direction of the product as a whole. In addition, you'll be expected to drive the quality of our product by providing a system for regularly validating and assessing it.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced QA professional, who is looking to take ownership and build their own testing processes. You will participate in regular discussions ranging from development stand-ups to the high-level product roadmap and everything in between.
Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years of experience, have built QA teams, and familiarity with the following tools:
- Postman
- TestCafe
- Appium / Native testing
