As an OutMatch .NET Engineering Lead, you’ll head an autonomous team responsible for developing aspects of OutMatch’s Hiring Experience Stack product. You’ll be a valued contributor in a highly collaborative team of elite technical talent who deliver high-quality software while striving to continuously learn and improve.
This is a 100% US remote position.
What You’ll Need:
- Ability to think abstractly & conceptually
- 8+ years of strong experience with designing and developing multi-tier applications using Microsoft .NET technologies; .Net Core experience is a plus
- 2+ years’ as a Development Team Leader, mentoring and guiding team members
- 2+ years’ experience working in autonomous squads or agile teams
- OOP / Object / Component /Service-oriented design and programming
- Experience with build and release pipelines. Experience with cloud-based pipelines a plus
- MVC and MVVM front-end design and development with frameworks such as Kendo UI, React, Vue or similar
- Knowledge of XML, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS scripting languages
- Experience with package management technologies a plus (Webpack, Nuget, npm, etc.)
- Solid understanding of Database design, implementation and interaction from code, preferably SQL Server and SSDT project experience
- Fluent Entity Framework experience a plus
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with remote/off-shore team members a plus
What You’ll Do:
- Directly manage and lead a team of software and QA engineers through the design, development, testing and support of service-oriented, web-based, and Mobile web-based SaaS applications
- You will work in a mostly Microsoft technology stack including: .Net Core, SSDT, SQL Server, Fluent Entity Framework, and Kendo UI JS controls
- Lead the team in software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle, including: adhering to coding standards, setting up and maintaining cloud-hosted release pipelines, performing security vulnerability scans and performance tests, and designing and coding enterprise framework components - all in a fast-paced agile environment
- Engage with the entire IT organization in the continuous improvement of the full SDLC, including tools and processes

As an experienced leader in the OutMatch IT Operations team, you will play an instrumental role in shaping and managing the Information Security function at OutMatch. You will serve as the security expert for all technical solutions, managing risks and identifying opportunities for improving the company’s security profile. You will collaborate with and support cross-functional teams of technical and non-technical key stakeholders to ensure security systems are functioning smoothly to reduce operational risk. You will be a primary point of contact for data privacy and compliance issues.
What You’ll Need:
Our ideal candidate will have a demonstrable track record of managing information security and compliance for mid-size organizations with diverse technology stacks. OutMatch is a rapidly growing global business with a continuously evolving technology systems landscape, and the Manager of Information Security and Compliance will need to successfully scale the function to ensure compliance with standards and relevance with industry security and data privacy norms.
This is a hands-on management position which requires advanced technical skills as well as management abilities.
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in Information Security, Technology Risk Management, IT Audit, and/or IT Compliance functions
- CISSP / CISM or equivalent certification strongly preferred
- Ability to clearly articulate security and risk-related concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders at various business levels
- Strong customer communication and negotiating skills, experience interacting directly with customers in written and live settings
- Solid grasp of security standard methodologies; securing network and enterprise cloud applications and privileged access management technologies
- Experience implementing cloud security standards for platforms such as O365, Azure, and AWS
- Experience with controls frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001 and/or SOC-2
- Understanding of international privacy and data protection regulations, such as CCPA and GDPR
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, coordinate, work well under pressure and meet deadlines

What You’ll Do:
- Lead our Information Security & Compliance function and team
- Ensure design, development, and operation of secure & privacy-centric software, infrastructure, policies, and programs that balance best practices, business needs, and risks to continuously improve security posture and reduce the possibility of a data breach
- Respond to customer or other third-party inquiries related to customer security/privacy assessments, RFPs, etc.
- Review and negotiate customer contracts for privacy & security requirements to ensure alignment with OutMatch standards
- Oversee our network and application vulnerability scanning and penetration testing programs and coordinate remediation efforts in partnership with Infrastructure and Engineering teams
- Contribute as a member of the Incident Response Team by conducting forensic analysis and troubleshooting to assist in the containment and remediation of security incidents and further identify compensating controls related to security findings
- Assess regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and enact new programs or changes as regulations evolve and ensure compliance with existing laws
- Following any merger or acquisition activity, establish consistency in relevant process, procedures, policies, and controls across the business
- Conduct or coordinate self- and third-party assessments & audits, categorize risks, and develop remediation strategy, including ISO 27001 and SOC 2 audits
- Qualify partners and vendors by assessing their security programs meet needs of OutMatch and our customers
- Establish and deliver annual training programs for OutMatch staff

The OutMatch Junior Developer / Tier 2 Support Engineer is a mid-level developer with excellent problem-solving skills, who can provide technical support for our applications and clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys tackling complex problems, is eager to learn and grow, and excels at collaborating with internal and external teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Investigate and solve challenging and time-sensitive production issues, often in support of our enterprise and Fortune 500 clients
- Manage an evolving queue of support tickets, working them in accordance with our established Service Level Agreements
- Research, troubleshoot and develop solutions in web-based and mobile web SaaS applications, encompassing technologies like: Microsoft technologies, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, HTML, JS libraries, and MS SQL Server and MySQL databases
- Configure and customize our applications to meet unique customer requirements
- Interact and collaborate with our end user support, client success, and product development teams
What You’ll Need:
- 3+ years’ experience in full stack .NET development. Strong knowledge of concepts in Object Oriented Programming
- Demonstrated experience working with Relational Databases, SQLand writing database queries
- Experience developing and working with APIs and Web services (SOAP, REST). Familiarity with Postman preferred
- Eagerness to learn new and unfamiliar technologies

Director Software Architecture
The OutMatch Director of Software Architecture is a visionary, leading a team of enterprise software architects and data architects who support business growth with speed and efficiency along-side a set of agile, autonomous squads who implement our SaaS applications.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with our Product and Engineering teams to provide leadership in developing architecturally-sound software solutions for new products and features, and to integrate newly acquired technology stacks into the OutMatch platform
- Develop plans for evolving the OutMatch software and data architecture to achieve business goals while ensuring alignment with long-term IT strategic plans
- Ensure that OutMatch applications, services, and data are secure and comply with all regulations around privacy, security, transparency, and social responsibility
- Lead technology optimization and rationalization efforts and leverage existing investments through reuse and consolidation
- Analyze industry trends, market trends, and emerging technologies for adoption opportunities into the OutMatch architecture ecosystem and focusing on cloud-based technologies and services, to accelerate time to market and reduce cost
- Guide agile autonomous teams in adopting and evolving design patterns, coding practices, programming languages, frameworks, and CI/CD processes and tools
