As a Sr. Full Stack Developer at InfoTrust you will:

  • Join our awesome consulting team, where you’ll learn first-hand about the world of digital analytics,
  • Work daily in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), delivering fast/scalable solutions by leveraging technologies such as Cloud Functions, BigQuery, Air Flow, etc...

  • Help automate the management and auditing of enterprise analytics systems.
  • Develop data integration ETL solutions, working with cloud technologies to deliver real-time/scalable analytics solutions.
  • Full-stack development, experience leading Node.JS solutions in Google Cloud technologies.
  • Leveraging APIs to automate bulk changes across Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager systems.
  • Automating collection of Google Analytics data for client reporting and dashboards.

Requirements

What background does the successful Sr. Full-Stack Developer have:

  • You are experienced in Javascript (full stack) and have preferred 5+ years of supporting projects with full stack development
  • You have experience with Node.js
  • You have experience working with cloud technologies, and have used Cloud technologies in your previous projects. Bonus: specific experience with GCP (3 years preferred)
  • You have a good understanding of web technologies and frameworks
  • You have experience with Software Development Life Cycle, and modified Agile methodologies

The Tag Management Analyst is equal parts technical and equal parts consulting. As an advocate for a strong tag management strategy, you will work with clients to strategize, complement, and support their data governance process.

Responsibilities of the Tag Governance Analyst:

  • Working with clients to support their marketing tagging needs to support their marketing initiatives
  • Providing guidance internally and externally regarding the best practices in digital analytics as it relates to tag management (tools such as GTM, Adobe Launch, Telium, and more)
  • Management of client’s ticketing systems such as JIRA and working with different departments to gather all the technical requirements of a tagging request
  • Implementation of tagging best practices and tag governance by working with the organization's Tag Governance team
  • Advocating the usage of InfoTrust's proprietary tool, Tag Inspector, in making sure that the state of tag implementation is working as expected
  • Working with the Product team to provide feedback about the product. Often collaborate within the internal Customer Data Governance, Product, and Delivery and Analytics teams
  • Creation of documentation about processes, inventory of tags, and status updates regarding the client engagement
  • Constantly provide open communication with the client, offering amazing support, thought leadership, and expertise in the cutting edge (and very important) space of data governance

The successful Tag Management Analyst will have the following background and skills:

  • 2 years of experience with tag management. You can exemplify a strong grasp on how to implement, maintain, and use tag management systems to assist clients with their marketing strategies
  • You are familiar with, or willing to learn more about, privacy and data protection laws and regulations. Additionally, you are familiar with how to apply data governance for the needs of large, multi-brand sites
  • Experience working with clients and exemplifying great communication and rapport with clients to ensure satisfaction, understanding, and collaboration
  • When working with clients, you have exemplified project management and delivery skills
  • You are Driven, looking for ways to constantly learn

The role:

The Customer Data Governance department is bridging the gap between our amazing delivery team and our product team. By becoming subject matter experts in our proprietary technology, Tag Inspector, and leveraging the expertise we have in house on Data Governance, Google Marketing Platform, visualizations tools, privacy and compliance, and much, much, more in the digital analytics space. The goal of the Analytics Engineer is to delight both internal and external stakeholders by showing the value in the big picture of governance, ensuring data is consistent, trustworthy, and used correctly. 

The responsibilities of the Analytics Engineer include:

  • Delight potential Clients by:
    • Demoing Tag Inspector 
    • Showcasing Tag Inspector capabilities to larger growth opportunities including performance, PII identification, and Governance (Audit, Policy Creation and Ongoing Monitoring)
    • Regularly identifying ways to utilize Tag Inspector data to improve data collection and optimize the organization’s governance strategy.
  • Delight new or existing Clients by:
    • Using various technologies (node.js, Google Apps Script, Google Cloud, etc.) to leverage the Tag Inspector API to automate the creation of deliverables
    • Providing support to Tag Inspector client in lower license tiers (Self Service Tier)
    • Providing support to Governance Clients
    • Understanding Client challenges and sharing them with both the Customer Data Governance and Tag Inspector teams to help solve and think about growth opportunities
    • Linking current solutions provided to other possible solutions that we offer (including Tag Management)

  • Working knowledge of JavaScript and Project Architecture

Requirements

What background does the successful Software Engineer have:

  • You are experienced in Javascript (full stack) and have preferred 3+ years of supporting projects with full-stack development
  • You have experience with Node.js
  • You have a good understanding of web technologies and frameworks
  • You have experience with Software Development Life Cycle and modified Agile methodologies
  • You have experience working with cloud technologies and have used Cloud technologies in your previous projects. Bonus: specific experience with GCP.
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced work environment and overcoming technical and business challenges
  • You enjoy learning new technologies, languages, and services. We frequently are developing new services and thus are constantly evolving the technology stack.
  • You are often the person that is relied on to “get things done,” or someone might say “give to YOUR NAME, (s)he will get it done!”

InfoTrust is looking for a DevOps Cloud Engineer to join our delivery team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a large client to enable them to enhance their cloud utilization, analytics maturity, and innovation within their marketing and development teams.

The DevOps Cloud Engineer will be responsible for Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Networking, Administration, Security, Policy, and application deployment. They will be the subject matter expert, proving their chops in Cloud on a daily basis.

Specifically the DevOps Cloud Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Owning the client relationship, consulting on best practices and working with their teams to provide technical leadership
  • Consulting with the client on best practices for GCP Migration, GCP Networking, and Security
  • Reviewing GCP Administration with the client teams
  • IAM Review and governance
  • TerraForm support for versioning/provisioning GCP infrastructure
  • Creating a GCP Request Guide that determines when and how requests are created, escalated, and prioritized

The DevOps Cloud Engineer is expected to be able to jump into the responsibilities of this role and provide amazing client support. Therefore, it is required the person have the following skills:

  • Cloud experience and expertise. This can be exemplified through previous experience and certifications. It is preferred that the person has the GCP Cloud DevOps Certifications
  • DevOps experience
    • Experience with Blue Green deployments
    • Love for infrastructure optimization and deployment
    • Experience with CI/CD environments such as Jenkins, GCP Cloud Build, or AWS CodeDeploy
  • Ability to be the primary point of contact of client
    • Client empathy and proven experience in consulting
    • Great communication skills
    • Ability to investigate client issues and work through solutions, which may include working with people who are not technical and translating that to solutions
  • Data Governance knowledge and experience. The person in this role must understand enterprise strategies and concerns.
