Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience 
  • 5+ years of work experience as a software engineer or relevant experience 
  • Hands-on Agile methodology work setting is a must;

Preferred qualifications:

  • Very clear written and verbal communicator in English;
  • Proven track record of shipping software and successfully released projects (please include names and links on your resume) - experience with start-ups is a major plus!
  • Strong attention to detail on every line of code, every unit test, and every commit message
  • Comfortable with rapid development cycles and tight schedules
  • 3+ yrs of experience in developing web applications 
  • Deep understanding of PHP 
  • Great experience with Laravel framework 
  • Front-end experience is a plus 
  • Proven track record of shipping software and successfully released web apps (with examples) 
  • Strong attention to detail on every line of code, every unit test, and every commit message

  • Implement required server-side programming: matchmaking, load balancing, anti-cheat, leaderboards
  • Review and build on existing Code Architecture design
  • Expand to support Ventricle slice MMO load and stability, scalability functions, latency performance, Instancing, recovery, and stress testing.
  • Transition system from ASW to Azure
