What You Will Do:
The Software QA Technical Lead (Sr. Staff AQE) will lead quality efforts for Stryker’s Connected Care R&D software projects. The Sr. Staff AQE will also provide inputs to the software R&D team and process from a quality perspective, partner with vendors to drive execution of testing strategies, and drive continuous process improvements. Select responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, business analysts, QA, external vendors, business partners) to ensure quality software delivery.
- Lead test strategy definition to include UAT, functional, integration, performance, system testing with testing tools, and test automation as appropriate.
- Lead remote testing team located across the globe to drive execution and results.
- Review, execute or evaluate project documentation including validation plans/summaries with test script outputs to ensure we are delivering quality software.
- Function in an Agile (Scrum)/DevOps team while using ALM tools to help with defect tracking, traceability, release and build management efforts.
- Drive effective and efficient testing strategy and advance test automation
- Create and execute manual and automated tests (UI, API, Mobile, functional/performance/load, etc)
- Determine the appropriate balance of manual and automated tests.
- Identify and partner with third-party vendors to drive execution and results of testing strategies.
- Share and educate the team on software quality best practices and processes (particularly agile and scrum).
- Communicate with large groups of people; in-person and virtual.
- Perform risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies as appropriate.
- Provide guidance to the R&D software development teams through our internal quality system(s) process to ensure products are developed in compliance with procedures and other regulations (FDA/HIPAA/ISO).
- Actively participate in defining and updating quality system software processes to support quality software as required in alignment with regulations for change control, data privacy, software development, and security.
- Work with leadership and team members to solicit process requirements and drive organizational change for continuous process improvements.
- May conduct internal quality system audits and is involved with CAPA projects.
What You Will Need:
Basic Qualifications:
- B.S. in Computer Science Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Engineering related discipline required.
- 6+ year’s experience in a software engineering organization in a development or quality engineering role.
- 3+ year’s experience in test automation either in web applications and API’s or in mobile
- Experience in leading remote teams located across the globe.
- Experience creating software processes for a regulated industry including SOP’s, Quality System documents, and business processes.
- Working knowledge of different SDLC’s (software development life cycle) particularly agile scrum/SAFe/DevOps model.
- Experience in Agile development process with rapid release using CI/CD process
- Working knowledge of different requirements management processes, testing strategies and tools, risk analysis, defect tracking, code review and release management processes.
- Knowledge of cloud-based technologies data analytics, and related technologies.
- Experience in UI, API, Mobile testing such as functional, security, performance in both manual and automated.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure Platform
- Knowledge of web and mobile application technologies
- Experience with languages such as Java and Python
- Experience with testing tools such as Postman, Newman, Selenium, SauceLabs, JMeter.
- Experience working in a regulated environment preferably in software medical device R&D and manufacturing processes.
- Working knowledge of FDA (IEC 62304) and process validation (GAMP5 - CSV - Computer Systems Validation) regulations (HIPAA) and standards.

What You Need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent.
- 6+ years of experience creating full-stack web-solutions with high security, reliability, and availability leveraging technologies such as RESTful APIs (C#), Angular or similar JS Frameworks
- 3+ years of experience with architecting and implementing cloud-native solutions like MS Azure or AWS
- Knowledge of DevOps practices including source control, unit testing, and CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery)

What You Will Do
As a Staff R&D Electrical Design Engineer, you will perform a wide variety of technical work in planning and design of embedded hardware, electronic circuits, and PCB’s for instrumentation that is used by Orthopedic Surgeons to allow them to plan and perform their procedures. You will be a key contributor to the electrical hardware development process of embedded medical devices that supports our computer assisted and robotic product lines.

What You Will Do
The Airo Clinical Specialist is a brand new role with the Stryker Spine Enabling Technologies Team and will support several states across the central region of the U.S. As this is a high travel role, we are flexible with your home base being anywhere in the central U.S. and close to major airports.
The incumbent will provide clinical product support for the Airo TruCT to all end users (surgeons, hospital staff etc.) and provide on-site guidance and assistance during surgical procedures. You will:
Provide training and customer education to assigned account(s).
Work within accounts to maximize the use of the AIRO product line, by ensuring customer confidence in our technology through consistent procedural performance.
Develop, implement and enhance all resources necessary to properly service our customers and technology.
Provide surgeons and operating room staff with training and Clinical/Technical support in the operation of the AIRO’s technology and associated equipment to insure procedural efficiency.
Use proprietary software to prepare intra-operative scans for use in conjunction with the company's navigation system.
Train physicians and hospital personnel, including OR staff, and radiology on the use of the AIRO and Trumpf tables.
Provide prompt and accurate complaint reports per the requirements of Stryker’s quality system.
Solve product problems for customers in an expeditious manner.
Provide case coverage at accounts.
Support the development and execution of the sales plan as well as grow the utilization of the AIRO by increasing volume with current and potential surgeons.
Actively sell the clinical benefits of the products, and build strong, positive relationships with key surgeons and OR staff at targeted accounts.
Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Marketing to increase communication around product performance.
Partner with other cross functional teams in selling the clinical benefits of the company’s products, drive continuous account growth and case volume.
May direct product evaluations in OR and office settings.
Identifies and executes opportunities to participate in cross-divisional labs for product education
Support the conversion of competitive doctors to use Stryker products
Effectively and efficiently document customer satisfaction and product feedback and then communicate manger and engineering design teams to provide contextualization
What You Need

You will partner with your team and Manager to ensure that Stryker's Communications (integrated operating room technology) products are installed in to best in class healthcare facilities across the US. No medical background is required – just great technical, interpersonal, and project management skills to help you thrive in the culture that Stryker provides.
You will be given autonomy and ownership of operating room (OR) construction sites where you will be one of two main points of contact for Project Managers, electricians, and construction crew members, while working hands on in installing the products on a daily basis. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must have, along with the ability to travel full time throughout the week (Arrive onsite Monday, leave site Friday, spending full work week in one location).
We need someone with the ability to:
- Interpret A/V system flow schematics, large scale integration, wiring, and project management.
