Blameless, based in San Mateo, is backed by Accel and Lightspeed Ventures.  We're looking for talented frontend engineers to help us with our next big projects that include leveraging APIs, real-time streams and more to help us craft intuitive user interfaces for our SRE platform. You will be building engaging user experiences and help shape the direction of our product to delight our users. Our ideal profile includes senior engineers with confirmed experience in Typescript, React, Redux, graphql and Jest. Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) is a massive part of what we do, so interest or experience in DevOps and operational maturity is a plus.

Requirements:

• A passionate software engineer with a focus on the frontend for the past 5+ years

You’ll be focused on our infrastructure, platforms, and internal tooling. Working collaboratively with our team of talented engineers, you’ll inform the continued evolution of our infrastructure and be a central contributor to our next phase of meteoric growth. You’ll help to automate and scale our infrastructure systems, deployment pipelines and ephemeral infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Automate our infrastructure systems and ephemeral infrastructure
• Manage a multi tenant strategy and implementation
• Ensure infrastructure is highly scalable, reliable, and observable
• Act as the subject matter expert for infrastructure and platform concerns including monitoring, logging, secrets management, security, configuration management
• Develop solutions that help developers move quickly and safely
• Partner with developers on ways to minimize build, testing and release friction and optimize engineering efficiency

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience developing and supporting production infrastructure
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and working with hosted services in Google
• Infrastructure as code experience (Terraform)
• Experience with CI/CD implementations
• Experience with Bash
• Exceptional work ethic and an innate passion for Blameless’ work
• Comfortable working with a distributed team
• SASS experience preferred

Want to work with the latest and greatest tools and frameworks to support our growing backend and  infrastructure needs?  Are you self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment?  Then SRE at Blameless is the place for you! We are looking for a senior SRE that is comfortable managing cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP and Azure), scripting/coding (BASH, Python and Go), infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and the CloudNative ecosystem (Kubernetes, Prometheus, Helm, etc.). Ideally the candidate has 3+ years of experience as an SRE and at least 1-2 years of experience with Kubernetes and managing cloud resources. Blameless offers the only complete site reliability engineering (SRE) platform that brings together AI-driven incident resolution, blameless postmortems, SLOs/Error Budgets, and reliability insights reports and dashboards, enabling businesses to optimize reliability and innovation.

• Should be comfortable working independently and manage cloud infrastructure using cloud native technologies
• 3+ years of experience as an SRE
• 1+ years of experience with Kubernetes and managing cloud resources.
