About the Role:
- Work cross-functionally to gather key platform and customer insights/feedback for the Product Development team and leadership
- Aggregate and analyze customer issues using internal tools, customer surveys, and queries of all available data sources to gather user insights
- Work with product development to influence and shape the product strategy and roadmap, drive change for key issues, and prioritize product change requests based on issue volume, customers impacted, revenue impact, and other relevant metrics

Responsibilities
- Maintain, optimize and grow our production, staging and test infrastructure hosted on AWS and Heroku

As Runtime Engineer, you will be working with other Rust developers to build blockchain runtimes, decentralized applications, and implement research on the Substrate framework. You will drive the adoption of open-source blockchain technologies and the Rust programming language. You will inspire the best developer groups around the world and provide them with the training and resources they need to adopt the tech. You will champion the Substrate experience and relay insights to the community and customer teams.

We’re looking for a Backend Engineer to join a brand new team, innovating in a new product space focusing on podcasts.
