SUMMARY

WELL is looking for a talented Senior Frontend Software Engineer to join our fast-paced, growing engineering department. You will work directly alongside a team of bright and motivated frontend engineers, under the guidance of our Frontend Engineering Manager. 

Your primary role will be assisting in developing core functionality on the product. You will also help drive team discussions and decisions around processes and technologies to improve code quality, user experience and team velocity. SUMMARY

WELL is looking for a talented, experienced backend developer to join our fast-paced, growing engineering department. This developer will primarily be working with Node.js. As a Node.js Backend Engineer at WELL, you will work directly alongside a team of bright and motivated backend engineers, under the guidance of our Engineering Director. 

You will be responsible for working with the rest of the team to maintain and grow features in the backend code base. This work will range from supporting Node.js web facing APIs, to writing SQL queries, to developing workflows in Golang.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build new backend services using Typescript on Node.js, open source technology and tools including NestJS.
  • As an experienced engineer, you will help the team adhere to software best practices, level up others in your areas of expertise, and contribute to the architecture of our ongoing refactor project. 
  • Collaborate with the product team in an agile environment to break down requirements, plan and estimate tasks.
  • Drive quality by writing effective unit, integration and functional tests for high availability systems and libraries.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be joining our CTO and his team to take care of the technical infrastructure underlying GraphAware’s core business and make sure it is secure, automated, and highly available. We are building a new team to support a financial services client with modernizing its consumer-facing mobile application to deliver a stellar customer experience. This team will focus on rewriting a mobile application for iOS and Android as well as on engineering the backend data services, while moving from on-premises to AWS cloud.

As a Senior Java Software Developer, you will function as a cloud services engineer refactoring the backend data services in the cloud. You will use the tech stack including Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices-based architecture in AWS. You will be engaged across the software development lifecycle to create, enhance, and maintain platforms and capabilities in a collaborative and Agile environment.

This team will be virtual / remote based, but requires willingness to live in or relocate to Cincinnati, Ohio, now or in the future.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop backend data services on the cloud, moving legacy on-premises to AWS cloud
  • Deliver high-performing, scalable systems
  • Build efficient, maintainable, robust Java-based microservices on AWS with Lambda
  • Collaborate with peers on designs, code reviews, and testing
  • Produce unit and end-to-end tests to improve code quality and maximize code coverage for new and existing features
  • Apply professional software engineering best practices for full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, continuous deployments, testing and operation

POSITION OVERVIEW

The NetSuite Financial Systems Administrator (Business Analyst) is responsible for analyzing the business needs to help identify problems and propose solutions.  Focus of this role is facilitating discussions between business stakeholders and consulting partners to perform a liaison function, translating conceptual ideas into business and systems requirements. This role is focused on the global financial, accounting, and sales processes in use with our NetSuite OneWorld ERP system.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze, evaluate and implement improvements to business systems and processes.
  • Create and maintain process documentation and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Define, document and prioritize requirements and change requests for all business applications.
  • Configure NetSuite and related applications to meet business requirements and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.
  • Advise on industry best practice and delivery strategy.
  • Manage user acceptance process to validate designs, including creating test scripts for testing new functionality and leading end user testing teams to test applications.
  • Create and maintain training documentation.
  • Manage and track identified issues and open items to ensure resolution is received.
  • Conduct end user training and follow up with user support.
  • Create project plans and manage tasks and milestones for small implementation projects.
