The Engineering Enablement Domain, focuses on solving hard foundational engineering problems, to enable Auth0 to move fast with confidence. As a PowerDNS Solution Engineer you will drive technical relationships and engagements with PowerDNS partners, assess their requirements, discuss technical challenges, find solutions, support their technical teams and coordinate OX teams to provide solutions and responses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and drive technical relationships and engagements with PowerDNS partners
  • Assess partners and customer's requirements, discuss technical challenges and find joint solutions
  • Design, integration, installation, configuration, testing and launch of PowerDNS solutions
  • Hands on training of partner and customer’s administrators and support teams
Key Skills
  • Comfortable with DNS and/or network security technologies, solutions. Experience with commercial DNS/Security products is a bonus
  • Familiar with networking protocols like TCP, UDP, IPv4, IPv6, HTTPS, BGP and Anycast
  • Strong Linux systems administration and Linux networking
  • Comfortable with NFV, Containers, K8s and other virtualization and orchestration technologies
  • Comfortable with Ansible, Git, Prometheus/Grafana
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English - multi-lingual candidates (in German, Dutch, Spanish, French or Italian) have an advantage
  • Level of experience: +5 years
